Claimant says:
"In the year 2011, I started at Capella University in the Global Operations and Supply Chain Managwment DBA program. My progress was interrupted, and I was set up for failure  from the start of the program. My first mentor had apologized and put in writing that she was not a good support.

The next mentor was no better. She had delayed telling me that my concept paper had not been submitted by the first mentor. She even had certain times she would get back to me, which was later than I needed it to be. She would switch back and forth on qualitative and quantitative concepts to confuse you. She waited to the end of class to make me switch methodologies.

Thereafter, I was administrative withdrawn from the school. Right after, taken a recommended writing course, in which I obtained a "A" out of the class. My question have always been , "what was the purpose in putting me in a writing course, if they was going to withdraw me?" I appeal and they declined my appeal knowing that I had receive kept up my end of the bargain. Capella, did not still to the agreement. Then, they varied from the curriculum. I sign up to receive a Doctorate. I will not settle for less, and I  need my degree or student loans paid in full.

After Capella administration has withdrew me, they tried to get me to take a MBA plan in which I would had to have taken 9 additional classes in addition to what I had already spent. This was unacceptable to me because I already have two MBAs.

Expense was the cost of the program and an added capella recommended writing class not apart of the program. My G.PA was a 4.0"
