Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Land Lord instructed them to transfer account into my name at which time they should have gotten my approval and failed to do so, also they didn't render any service and left the trash container for a month and a half and are now trying to charge me for payment of one yearly quarter of forty five dollars and other fees for this account going to collections which totals over one hundred dollars. Since the account has been changed over into my name C&C did not pick up the trash one time. I am a licensed plumber and if someone told me to go do some work at someones house and i went over there and set my tool outside of the house didn't get approval to do any work and than billed them for the work, than went and picked up my tools, sent them another bill with a late charge, collections warning, and than sent the account to collections. Before all of this i have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with C&C Disposal."
