Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2015 hybrid Trailer from camping world last August 2015, before I received the trailer I asked numerous times if my vehicle would be able to pull this trailer. I was assured over and over and they also said the trailer weighed 3200lbs. After the company hooked up the trailer they said we were good to go , and I traveled on my way, I was barley able to go 30 miles per hour, the trailer was pulling so much on my vehicle that I had to pull over on thruway. ( Totally NOT SAFE). I looked at the information inside the trailer door and it said 4100lbs. I almost lost it. My van can only pull maximum 3500lbs, including people or luggage. First deception from Camping World, second deception I noticed they charged me 2900 dollars to clean the trailer, it was brand new and why did I have to pay that, I argued with them but they were very cocky and told me too bad. Third deception , I picked up my star craft trailer from them last Wednesday April 27,2015, they had my trailer for 5 months to winterize it and fix the canvas on the pop out bed, again they screwed up they put a full size canvas on a queen size pop out, the canvas was so small that when I opened the bed, the canvas tore from the top and it was so tight that it just started ripping all the way down the middle, I cant believe what INCOPITENT PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE, didn't the service men open up the pop out to make sure the canvas was the right size, or they should of installed the queen size poll to make sure everything fit correctly. No one at Camping World is taking responsibility for this, they ignore my calls, when I go there they tell me the manager is on vacation, not working today , on another call. JUST A BIG RUN AROUND. I cant use my trailer until this issue gets fixed. I'm out a queen bed, and I have son with Autism that can not or will not let anyone sleep by him. I need answer!!"
