"Burke construction Group was the Gen. Construction on a project My Company was hired to do in Key West City Hall 3100 White Street by their Subcontractor that was hired by Burke AllState Walls. I had My Crew of 9 Come to Key West Florida, 5 hours from Home Fort Lauderdale florida, The Agreement was that AllState will place my crew in a beach or lake front property or hotel at their expenses and take care of the housing for the crew to stay and work by hanging Drywall finishing Level 4 & 5 Finishing and Sanding the walls and Getting these frame walls to pass inspection with the code. My Guys hung the boards got the code from the city to pass inspection, so that means the work was good they passed inspection on the very first time of the hanging of the boards. At the same time my crew had to assist and help rather complete screwed up work performed by a crew of five that Allstate Walls had on site before we arrived. They did not know how to hang drywall let alone finish or sand the walls to the level of approval work. The supervisor named Chad was very young and inexperienced when it came to hanging Drywall very unprofessional. I advised the owner of the company Christine and told about these non experienced crew they had in my crew's way and making them to do double work correcting their errors . they did nothing, they advised me that was chad crew and their crew. Wow. first week of completion . Company advised me that my guys will get a check on Friday. I was sent a 800.00 check not accepted able agreement was 1200 boards and finishing 24.000.00 that included the hanging finishing insulation . I called Christine at Allstate walls she went three days not answering the phone or the owner Todd, then weekend came in non communication she would only email me. now here is Friday again this crew has been there now going on 14 days and working weekends. I placed my crew on stand by I stopped them for working anymore for this company until I recieve payment . I was told by Christine that burke construction did not pay them and they can only pay me 450.00 dollars I indded ask her was she out of her mind 14 days at 10 hours per day not happen they gotten the building up to code inspection was passed they almost finished the building. allstate advised me that my guys' work was sloppy and they did not know what they was doing . which is a lie these guys are specialists in framing and drywall these are craftsmen journey men and 2 were licensed carpenters everyone has at least 5 year experience my laborers can hang drywall poor excuse not to pay . we contacted the project manger Dan with burke, he advised me he has problems with this company keeping contractors because I guess their non payment history. I was never aware of this i was advised that 3 other subcontractors was assigned to work on the city hall project all walked off due to false information from Allstate and non payment he advised me he was going on vacation when he returns he will speak to his manager at Burke construction on this company and he said the best he could do is make the check out to my company and the subcontractor . because he seen the work and he said he knows my guys knew what they was doing. he was given invoice agreements i spoke with various people at Burke Construction I to Myself spoken with David Martinez and he advise me the same action I sent invoice all correspondence from All State walls David also Advised me that he never knew AllState Hired A subcontractor and he had to get more Crews to finish the work because AllState crew could not perform the work to code or passable, his words, they were the ones the labors . And he will make the next payment out to my company and AllState. next day I got an email from AllState attorney telling me my crew was terminated for not being to do the work my crew was inexperienced they did not know what they were doing and i shall not contact Burke Construction again A cease And Desist letter emailed to me and Burke Construction the General Contractor on the Project. The Attorney that sent the email is hired by AllState Walls who is shady and does not practice law in the correct way a complaint will be issued to the Bar of his false words and practice. now it has reached the 4 month mark and my crew has not been paid A notice to owner and Demand Of Non Payment has been sent to Burke Construction and AllState Walls. I have Contacted the Mayor's Office and the city of these non Payment Action. Then I find out AllState is located in a junk yard and the young lady Christine is the same lady whom was working with All County Towing from Broward doing fraud and illegal towing wow ....
THIS CREW PAST INSPECTION FIRST INSPECTION COMPLETED BATHROOM WALLS FINISHING AND INSTALL INSULATION IN WALLS HAD WALLS PREP FOR TO PAINT PAINT AND CLEAN UP BEHIND A CREW THAT WERE LABORS THEY SHOULD AND WILL GET WHATS OWED TO THEM"

  • 04-18-2016 — NON PAYMENT FOR WORK lien and law suites FOR FASLE WORDS AGAINST CREW WORK PERFORMANCE LEGAL AND NO LONGER WILL WAIT THEY FAIL AND DID NOT PAY MY CREW A DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WORK AWAY FROM THEIR FAMILES WITH NO MONEY AND THEY DID NOT PROVIDE FOOD ALLOWANCE AS PROMISE CREW A LONG WAY FROM HOME MISTREATED BY ALL STATE WALLS LLC AND BURKE CONSTRUCTION GROUP AS PROMISE IN AGREEMENT FROM ALL STATE WALLS AND BURKE CONSTRUCTION THESE TERMS WHERE HOUSING AND FOOD PROVIDED BY ALL STATE WALLS FOR THE CREW COMING FIVE HOURS AWAY TO WORK AND COMPLETE CIYT HALL OF KEYWEST
