Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"To whom it may concern:

My name is Ricardo and went to the BK to get a meal and I first walked in I wanted to use the restroom to release myself and wash my hands before havening my meal...but soon discover the rest room was locked so I went to counter and asked a female casher if she can buzz me in.
She stared at the register and said you need a receipt,
I then explain to her that I would like to release myself, being I really needed to use it!!! and I will order when I was done she then became very rude with an attitude telling me... you need to read it’s on the door so you have to have receipt so I told her fine can I have small order fries, she just look at me finishing with couple of guys in front of me then she walk away soon another
female came to the register with a rude manner asking
if she can help me I said yes I would like a small order of fries she placed the order took my money and just stood there looking at me so I told her I needed her to buzz me in the restroom she walked away I thought she was going to buzz me in so I went back to restroom only to
Discover she wasn’t buzzing me in so I went back to the counter and asked her is there a problem she then said
that I need the person walking around the dining area they have a key I turned around and there was no one in the dining area that looks like a BK personal and I told her I would like to talk to a manager she just stared at me and went on to another customer so asked for her name she said it very low so I asked again this time she said it really fast with a bad attitude so I asked again, and can she spell it she refused but then said it again and the best I could make of it was Kalia so I asked once more for an manager she looked at me and said that was the manager that helped me the first time that’s when the female that dealt with me the at first walked up to the counter on her cell phone and said what and just turned around and walked to the back I asked the sound cashier Kalia is the name I believe she told me and the best I could make out of the name she gave me for the manager was Faliesha...they never gave me my order they never gave me access to the restroom I never been so disrespected like I was less than dirt !!! and my situation to them was nothing but a game to them, so I just left I will never take my family or step foot in another BK again especially when I walked a half block down the street, and across the street Mc Donald's walked to the cashier asked if can use the restroom the young male pointed to another rep and said ask him to open it for you with no problem I then finally took care of business wash my hands went back to counter and placed an order and then asked for their manager that came out less than one minute very professional I asked for him to write the name of two reps that allowed me to handle my business so I can let there corp. office know how the little things and respect goes a long way's I will share my experience with my family, in-laws and friends and hopefully they will make the right call !!! Far as your manager Faliesha and cashier Kalia I wouldn’t trust them on the grill are to cook my fries let alone handle my customers and to make sure the next person want have go through the same treatment and drama I will take this as far as I can, if that even mean's the BBB.
