Claimant says:
"Damaged the door to my car. Took to them to fix. They fixed door when I looked at my car there was more damage done to it and touched up. Looked like some one tried to break in to the car, then touch up the paint. When asked about it they told me that their guys that work there don't lie. I told them it was not there when I brought it in. So the man I dealt with to me was more or less calling me a liar. I would not sign the paper for the insurance company to pay them. He told me to bring the car back in on Monday. I did then, J.D. told me the same thing and also Buddy was there and said the same thing. Still making me sound like a liar. Called my insurance agent and they told them the same thing giving them the same impression. They told me they would fix it. I left it again when I picked it up. J.D. told me it had rusted under the touch up. So I went to the car lot I bought it at and questioned them and got a car fax also. They said there was nothing on it, if there had been it would have been fixed before I bought it and I always watch the guy that wash my car and check it make sure there is no damage done then either. J.D. also said the rust was so small that it would not show up on a picture to show me. I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THAT I WAS TREATED DURING MY TIME THERE. This company did work on another care in 2002 when the other owner had it and I had no problems with them at all. This time it has done me I will never have them to work for me again and will not refer anyone else to them. I will discourage them from going there."
