Claimant says:
"Dr. Jeff Brist of Brist Chiropractic has not paid me my final paycheck. I gave my notice to the doctor and my final day was to be June 6th 2014. I worked my full 9 hour work day on Monday June 2nd and then was called into Jury duty for the remainder of the week. I had vacation time accured so that I would still be able to make money to pay my rent. Dr. Brist has not paid me for the day I worked in the office nor for the vacation days I was going to use. (31 hours to total a 40 hour work week). I have contacted the State of MN, but they will not pursue the vacation time only the hours I had physically worked in the office. I did have 120 hours of available earned vacation time accured, I just want the 31 to make the 40 hour work period."
