Claimant says:
"I went to get a small tattoo with Freddie for my birthday. We interviewed him and made appointment for the next day.
I get there and he has this other guy tattoo me....he said it's his friend for many years and he will do a good job.
WELL I left and a few days later I am INFECTED!! ALL CALLS IGNORED BY THE MANAGEMENT
i HAVE GIVEN THE OWNER/MANAGER alot of time to contact me and make it right. He ignored every call

I live 2 hours away so it is very hard to go back and deal with him
So...I want to take action against them possible to inspect them.....review their work,,,,and give me a full refund of $150.00 plus $140 I had to pay to get in fixed and refunded the cost of the medication necessary to heal.

Thank you for your time and education on how to deal with this horrific experience
