Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"In June, Blue Heron checked my sprinkler system, installed some new sod. Claim sod had died becasue I was not having my sprinkler system checked regularly. After installing new sod and timer was set to water daily & I believe twice a day by their technician, the grass was turning brown. I have had a file of information where I have informed them the water was not hitting the new sod area correctly. They claim all is fine, I just need to water more. Everything was watered as directed by them for over 1 month and then I did cut back on the watering as they had told me I should. I did check & discovered some of the area was receiving less than 1/4 inch of water in a hour. Blue Heron has refused to speak directly with me, even today when their employee was on my property-walked in front of me while on his cell phone. Co-worker who was fertilizing, said he was moving the truck & would be back. He left my home without ever addressing me personally. The owner has now told me he accepts no further responsibility."
