Good Morning,

I honestly do not even know what to say to you about this. I can not apologize enough for this.
This is not how we do business and upper management will be addressing this with the carrier.

I understand you are left with a very BAD taste in your mouth because of this.
I do not know how to compensate you for this that will make this situation right.
In a small gesture I would like to send you $100 to go have dinner on us.
Please let me know where to send the check to and again I apologize this happened to you.
Thank you,

In addition to what I wrote below, I forgot to mention that Mr. Tindell left inside my van, a body of water, a bloody stained paper towel, and a usb cable with the cigarette adapter attached. The kind that is used with GPS devices. He had also removed the white paper with my identifying information that was taped on the inside right windshield.

Good morning Ms. LaForge,
My car was delivered yesterday at approximately 6:00pm. DAS
# 45992732.

A Ms. Theresa Tindell telephoned me Monday morning and said
her husband has the car in Florence, SC and would be
delivering to my address. She thought it had to be delivered
to Columbia, SC but realized the address was a Florence
address. She said she lived 5 minutes away from my address.
We made an appointment for 1:00 delivery. I drove down from
Columbia, SC to Florence and was at the residence at 1:00
pm. Approximately 15 minutes later, I telephoned Ms. Tindell
and she informed me that her husband had left with the keys
for the car and could not get him on his cell phone. She
told me she would have if drop it off and out the keys in
the mailbox and I could sign the paperwork later. Since I
needed to drive back to Columbia that evening, I asked her
if I could come by her office and sign the paperwork or did
I it have to be delivered before I signed. She sid that was
not a problem. I left to go by her office to sign the
paperwork, register the vehicle,
and get a bite to eat. When, I return to the house at
approximately 3:00 pm the car was still not there. I waited
until 5:00 and the car still had not been delivered. I
called Ms. Tindell and the person who answered the phone
said she was with another client and would return my phone
call when she was finished. She did not return my phone
call. I called her office again at approximately 5:35 and
the person who answered the phone said she was gone for the
day and gave me her cell phone number. When I called her on
the cell phone, she tried to call Steven but again he did
not answer. She said she had just talked to Steven 10
minutes ago and he was going to deliver the van. But, she
didn't call me back as she said she would not even to past
along that bit of information. She said this was totally
unacceptable. Then she said the keys were at the office and
she would get out of her pj's and bring the van to me.
Shortly after that Steven appeared in the
driveway at approximately 5:45 pm. He didn't shake my hand
or introduce himself. He just handed me the key and got into
another car that was waiting and left. In checking the
odometer in the car the millage was 48205. The paper work
shows when he signed the paperwork the odometer read 47908.
Since they lived 5 minutes away, it could not be 300 miles
away. You also say you deliver by flatbed service so
why would the van have so many miles on. To drive it on and
off a flat bed should not put that many miles on it.

My insurance company changed the insurance policy while the
van was being shipped and not being driven. They told me
once I received it I needed to call and have the insurance
reinstated. So, if Mr. Tindell who drove my van for 300
miles had had an accident, there would be serious issues. I
truly hope in the future you will subcontract to more
reliable and professional people for the final leg of the
delivery.

Not a happy and satisfied customer.

Sallie M. Jones

I telephoned her at 11:41 on September 24, 2014
I identified myself and said I thought she owed me an apology. To which she responded. “I don’t owe anyone an apology. I talk to the Brokerage company yesterday…”
At that point I terminated the conversation and decided to test her.

So you don’t think the fact that I had an appointment for the car to be delivered at 1:00 pm and it did not get delivered until after 6:00 pm deserves an apology with over 300 miles on it show how unprofessional an ignorant you are as a business women. An apology is the least you could have offered as a professional. Instead you say you don’t owe anyone an apology. I will be sure to add a review to your Black cat Bail Bond listing in the electronic yellow pages.

September 24, 2014 @ 11:55
And I will file a complaint with the Florence Better Business Bureau.

September 24, 2014 @ 6:23 pm
