Claimant says:
"Black rock roofing did my roof 10years ago. There is a 3 foot by 4 foot bubble now in one section. I called them and they came to look saying there is nothing they can do. It could be a structural problem or from the snow. I was supposed to have a warranty for 15years. I told them it could be warped plywood underneath. They said did I contract for replacing plywood when they did the roof. I said I thought you would replace rotten plywood and Nick the manager said no not unless I contracted for it. I told him I would have another roofing company look at it and I would speak to my lawyer with the findings. He told me not to touch his roof. They replace the whole roof and gutters for 19,000.oo dollars and said they would stnd by their work for 15 years. now they tell me it must be something structural with the house or from the snow and they don't replace plywood that is rotten unless they are contracted to. I will get another roofer to assess the damage and cause. but I wanted people to know that black rock roofing doesn't stand behind their work ."
