"billy sanders agreed to replace my engine in a 2000 dodge dakota v6 magum. i purchased an engine from churchs auto in shelby n.c. for 640.00 with only 40,000.00 miles on it. he said it would take only 3 days to have it running. in feb. 2012 i had the truck towed to his place of business only to find out later he was only a back yard mechanic and other people who had sue him. i paid him up front in full for th motor, labor and parts needed to fix my truck. weeks went by, months went by, he just came up with reasons why my truck wasn't fixed. i kept giving him chances to correct the problem but he kept telling me he lost the computer harness, engine harness, need more money for torgue converter, paid him extra for dual pipes which i never saw. got tired of him cause he just couldnt fix it. he try his best not to give me my truck back. so in may 2012 i had rays towing ow my truck home. when the tow truck driver unloaded my truck it was a mess. the top around the sun roof was sun faded along with my hood which looks like they took it gravel sleding. he didnt hook the hood latch up, I had to cut my front grill in order to open my hood. i open the hood and now i know why he didnt want me to see. it was missing parts, wires were cut, wires hanging down under the tranmission plus i had two flat tires and some one slashed my spare tire. i took him to small claims court june 28 2012 and he never showed up for court. now i have to go back to court house and take a judgement out on him. only contact i had with him was text mess. or he would use my wifes phone to talk to me. bc he never had min. on his phone. my wife works across the street from his so called place of business. i took our tax money to pay for nothing. and now i have to summon him to court for working on my wife mini van. he replace cv joints and the frnt wheel is falling off, which leaves us with one old work van to drive. he was fined by ase bc he work on his car and messed it up. i only sue him for 1200.00 but there is about 2500.00 worth of damage. what can i do to recover my loss. if i text him he can get me for harrassment. not fair. i even offered to work something out with him to keep it out of court but he only reply take me to court bc u will loose same as the last lady."
