Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My friend is 80+ in years. She receives high pressure calls from Beyond Medical USA. I actually heard 3 messages when I was taking care of her flowers when she was away. They were calling about diabetic supplies. They also sent a back brace. Whenshe called them to get infomation to return it, they would not assist her. They said it was already paid for my her insurance. (Medicare)
Recently they sent another back brace. We talked to the Dr.'s staff and found out that the company is faxing the office (some times twice a week) telling the Dr. that Loween is requesting these supplies. This is a lie.
While we were in the office, a fax came from the company saying that Loween was requesting an ankle brace. ANOTHER LIE. We believe this to be fraud."
