Joan G. says: BM USA ripped off Medicare for two non-prescribed back braces. High pressure through continuous faxes to her Dr. resulted in her Dr. signing a paper (for one of them) that said she had requested it. NOT SO. She knew a back brace would never help her situations and would never have order one. And what they sent was way too small.
BM USA replied in an email with "untruths". I would really like to hear the tape they are referring to where they said Loween requested the back brace.
