Claimant says:
"I hired a computer man to come to my home and fix a slow running computer. He was in the yellow pages of Teller County directory. He said he needed to take my computer away to fix it. He said 1 day later and said it would be 215.00 per computer to fix and take off virus on it. I gave him a labtop and desktop computer. I had only one of them a half years, but I thought I might as well get it done too. So he said it would be $430.00, which I said ok too. When he bought them back he said it would be $798.53, but I would get checks back so $368.53 on anti-virus refunds. I took his word for it. I never got anything back from him or anyone on this computer. I called Prompt Computer Solutions and they said that was a scam. My computer has not been fixed in fact it has been worst than it was before. I called Ron and he just hang up on me. He said I was not telling the truth that I got money back and just didn't tell him. Well no one gets money back on anti-virus programs, I never purchased any anti-virus programs, they just came with my computer. He totally ripped us off and is a scam artist!"
