Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a best home furnishing product from our local agent in Wellsboro PA. Withing less than three weeks the lift chair had material coming out of it. I did not pay almost $1000.00 for an item that I was told they would repair. I asked for a refund and that is what I wanted. I contacted the store and the best home furnishings website to try and get a refund for a chair I considered unworthy. I am not happy with the response, from Dunham's Furniture or the sales rep that deals with this store. I will never buy anything from there again."

    Each authorized Best Home Furnishings dealer is independently owned and operated. Each store sets their own policies regarding payment, repairs, returns, and exchanges.
    The consumer will need to contact Dunham Furniture to resolve this matter.
    Best Home Furnishings informed the dealer on January 22, 2018 of the consumer’s concerns and also advised them that we will not come between the consumer and Dunham Furniture.
    We trust the customer understands the basis for this decision and regret that we are unable to provide any further assistance.
