"I bought a brand new Toshiba laptop pc, not refurbished, back in May of 2010, they installed a Trend Antispyware disc that wasn't compatible with my laptop & instead of giving me the original restored discs, they gave me copies that were downloaded, burned or copied. I inquired about those issues when I first had to take my pc back because of viruses & of course they always had a way of getting around my questions. I'm not a pc genius, but I know that if a company sells a consumer a new product, everything included in that packaging should be new also. Sincerely, a Concerned Consumer
PS this is the email address for my cell phone, I'm not dealing with email, etc. via internet, until I can get some type of assistance. Thanks"
