Claimant says:
"On Sep 14, 2016 at 5:00pm, I left St. John Long Knit Coat to sell on consignment at Bella Tu Boutique, one hour before closing time. The next day at 10am, the store opening time for a day, I called and left a message that I changed my mined and want my coat back. Same day after I left a message, I met Terrie Mitchell, the store owner of Bella Tu Boutique and asked her return my coat. She said that she sold for $80.00 and refused to showed me the proof of sales when I repeatedly asked to her that she said it's sold. She gave me a check for $32.00 for $1,500 coat that I bought and never worn. I couldn't believe her claims of the coat was sold because of from left the coat to the store to store closing time was just one hour for the customer to find the coat. most of all the way her hesitance and couldn't give me the clear answers every time when I asked the questions. The first day at Bella Tu Boutique, she told me that after research and call me the selling price of coat but she never did. I believe that she keeps the coat for herself. I couldn't believe a person like her take advantage of others for her own greediness."
