Claimant says:
"She assumed the responsibility of caring for my vehicle during the time she was attempting to sell it for me. She was to receive 5% of the selling price when it sold. She came to my house and said she wanted to buy the vehicle, She gave me a $100. along with a receipt as a down payment and was to pay $100. every two weeks until she received her tax refund from the IRS and then she would pay the balance. She told me she was buying the vehicle as is. All I have received is the first payment of $100. While it was in her possession she run into a stump and caused over $2,000. of damage to the front end. I have a quote for the repairs from a reparable body shop in Russell Springs, KY. I have attempted to get in touch with Becca by phone, went to her home and left a message with one of her relatives to call me. She is avoiding me. She should be able to turn a claim into her insurance agency."

  • I truly think its sad you would lie on her. She did not wreck your vehicle it did get wrecked but she did not do it and you know that. You also did not contact any of her family she has none here. You have no clue what that woman goes through but I guess you are just another.person trying to have her pay for.his mistakes.
