"The local bbb here has been on a mission to sabotage our firm, the partners there are family with our competition and post all kinds of bad complaints about our company - we have several letters that were certified sent to them that they claimed they never recieved are turned away. They also never file a complaint on our competition even though they have had several law suits and complaints from customers - I'm working with my attorney to start a law suit, a youtube channel and a local investigative tv show that will uncover the crookedness of practices done in this small town, I'm not sure of how much can be done here by you but anything you can do to crack the whip would be appreciated. Pastor Alterri Henri 337-377-7444"

  • The BBB does not solicit complaints. Consumers who file complaints must submit in writing which is then sent to the company. We do not take sides and contact the company in an effort to mediate the issue. The company is contacted on three occasions, the last letter sent certified. Complaints are not put on a company's record until we have given them the opportunity to respond and provide documentation and to confirm that the customer is actually their customer.

    If/when the company responds and how it is closed does reflect in their rating. The company rating is based on a formula, not by any staff member.

    We are always willing to discuss any issue a company has concerning their review and Mr. Henry has the same opportunity to contact me concerning this matter, which he has not done until this complaint.

  • hello people claim, this location has been contacted on several occations and they just continue to lie everytime. please leave this post online so people can respond to it and see their corruption in southwest lake charles.
