Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Since February of 2011, I have tried to work with Bank of America Home loan to re-write my Mortgage at my old residence in Illinois but have received an un-countable amount of people trying to be my represent. I was required to fax my personal information’s like bank accounts and other sensitive information’s but was informed over and over by Bank of America that my document were not to be found that I finally gave up early this year (2012) and filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have been discharged however have been harassed since days in and out by Bank of America with them leaving phone messages between 5 to 8 per day, receiving documents telling me to refinance (a property which was included in BK and is not owned by me anymore) and I have even hand deliver my bankruptcy papers to a local branch which also tried for over 2 month with no success. Every time I call Bank of America, I have been told that I have to speak to customer relations, they are telling me that I have to speak to the home loan services, home loan will transf. me to Foreclosure, foreclosure to bankruptcy, bankruptcy to home loan and this circle will start over and over with not getting any chances to get this issue resolved. After spending time off from work to go to a branch, calling the company and the aggravation of repeating myself is just getting so out of hand that I can't sleep and start shacking when I receive a call or paper works with the name of Bank of America. My understanding was that after my BK that I should not have any more problems with this property but it’s been an ongoing battle with no stop. My concern is that this is being done with me for quite some time now, how many other people are going through this as well."
