Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This company has blatantly lied and used deceptive practices, in convincing me to purchase a vacation package, then switching arrangements and agreements when I did try and book my vacations. I purchased it in July 2016 for $798.00, and was given 2 years to travel, which is stated in my agreement, with a total of 8 trips, plus a 7 day rental car, and at that time I informed them that I already owned 2 other vacation packages, I had just retired, and my fiancee was to retire in about another 1 or 2 years. The sales rep and over a ton of information, and informed me that I could take advantage of some of the small trips now, and the larger trips later after Cynthia retired and when we would have more time, and pay a $79.00 fee at the end of the first 2 years, and renew the package for another 2 years. So I agreed. Fast forward to March 2018, Cynthia is retired and we book a trip to Cabo San Lucas, and immediately have problems, as we had to pay $100 booking fee which was supposed to be waived!!! The trip was from 7/19/2018 to 7/23/2018, however in early April, Cynthia became worried about going to Mexico, account reading about many murders by drug cartels the were infiltrating many of the Mexican results such Cancun, Cabo and although I was cool with going, she was adamant about not going, so I called to canx or reschedule, and this is where all kind of BS came out, and the deception, dishonesty and rudeness of the people and this company was almost unbelievable!!!! The first rep was pretty cool, said we canx in plenty of time, and said we would have a credit of the $100 booking fee to use later, and we agreed to connect me with quality control, to get the 2 years extended since it was due to expire July of that year anyway. The supervisor in QT totally changed all kind of rules by first stating the its lucky I got him, and the other department was separate of them and they would have charged me $1200 - $1500 to renew! WHATTT!!!!!!! Then he said it would cost $79 per each of the 8 trips in the package, not the entire package as I was told when I purchased it! WHATTT!!!!!!! Then he told me that I did have 2 years to travel but only 18 months to book the trips and as of January 2018, I could not even book of get any of my trips at all! WHATTT!!!!!!!!! I informed the gentleman that I had just booked a trip to Cabo last month and just got off the phone with the rep. He put me on hold, then came back and said he looked my record and said they only booked the trip because I had paid them an extra $250, from my American Express, so they booked it, which I definitely knew was a bold azz LIE!!!! Lastly he informed me that the only and last options I had was to go back to the other department and pay $1200 - $1500 to renew, or pay him $499 to renew the package, and even then, the renewal would not start from July 2018, the end of the original 2 year agreement, but from the time I pay the $499 which would start in April 2018 and expire in April 2020, with 2 full years to book and travel!!! I said "That"s what I was told in the beginning!" He basically told me "those were my options, take it or leave it" I informed him that I would evaluate other options, and we hung up."

    This Company has also did this to me. They call you claiming you hve a free vacation. They told me i just need to pay taxes on the tickets. They took m money and i never heard from them again nor recieved a refund. This people need to pay for a what they take. The proofs in the puddin.
