Claimant says:
"My husband entered into a contract to lease floor scrubber for use in our restaurants. It became obvious after only a few weeks these floor scrubbers were going to be much more expensive than other options available. We had the scrubbers removed.

Because of the signed contract, we received a letter stating we owed for the full 5 years of the contract $30,468.62.

I called this week and agreed we did have a contract and yes put the scrubbers back into my restaurants and we will honor this 5 year commitment. To my surprise and shock I was told that was not possible. I had to pay the full 5 year amount up front along with a laundry list of other fees and then I could get the scrubber back. Meanwhile Axis has already charged my bank account for this months rental, $487.60 plus $30.72 for insurance.

My wish is the scrubbers are returned to me and I will continue to pay for the next 5 years and I will pay the laundry list of addition fees such as the daily storage fee, pick up fee etc. I believe this is a reasonable solution. It is not reasonable to expect me to pay the full amount up front. Very, very unhappy!
