Claimant says:
"Flowers for Aunt's funeral were nowhere near what was ordered. The site claims that it is a top rated LOCAL florist, I entered Hillside NJ . Turns out that they farm out the jobs. They are located in Mahwah, I doubt that they even have flowers and only farm out jobs. FALSE advertising. They say you are getting a 45% discount by using them. I was charged $111.21 for my flowers. I ordered the Pastel Standing Basket listed under Sympathy. (check it out) This arrangement shows at least 9 types of flowers. I ordered this with a banner saying Aunt, a Pink bow and a sympathy card. What was delivered was a plastic basket about 16-18 inches high. This had 8-10 pink carnations and some greens, the flowers barely filling the bottom of the basket and leaving the space between the flowers and handle (about 10" empty and showing the ugly cheap white handle . Keep in mind that at a 45% discount theses flowers should have a value of over $145.00. They were worth about $10- $15.00 at my local Shop Rite. The company says that it used substitute flowers by what is available. There was NO AUNT banner and NO Sympathy Card, only one of those little cards that come with delivery. IF the only flowers available were carnations(cheapest flowers )I should have been contacted, they had my phone # and this order was made a few days in advance.
I have sent emails and made calls which no one returns. They should not be able to be in business."
