Claimant says:
"On 10/9/2015 I went into this establishment thinking it was Russ's Automotive, which I had been to for the last 15 yrs., to get my truck inspected. I asked Mechanic on duty for Russ and was informed he no longer owned the establishment "we are the new owners now" he said. He asked what I was looking for I said yearly inspection, he said here jump out get me your papers and I'll do it for you. I got the papers he jumped in my truck, began to honk my horn, turn the signals on and put it in drive and drove the truck into the bay ramming it into the passenger side mirror & running board. He then backed up and hit the mirror a second time bending it backward, at which time my son got his iPhone out and started to film him. He was hollering at a worker who was supposed to be helping him and he said to me on film, take & get it fixed, bring me the bill and I'll reimburse you. I didn't feel assured he would own up to his word because he was so angry so I called the police and got a police report. He gave me the inspection paper without finishing the inspection, stating everything was passed, when in fact there was a leak in the break system that was found when I took it into Stephen wade to get it fixed and they fixed it. So I took him the bill for the mirror & running board for $1433.96 he grabbed it thru it on the floor and said I'm NOT paying for it. Now that company is out of business and ON 11/9/2015 it has been taken over by My Mechanic, Registered Agent is GREGORY M. SAMPSON 1867 N. ARTESIA DR ST. GEORGE UTAH 84770. The Head Mechanic is still the same person Lindsay May who is the person that signed the inspection affidavit as passed of any defects. I feel the company is a fraud, dishonest and untrustworthy"
