"Had New Person call system OSSF not working. Had been installed new pump, find all system is not in compliance since 2009 and sold 2011 has not ever been inspected had to call manufacturer GATCO and PRO FLOW installed tank, should have been installed must have Licence installer and this one had never been in compliance,and was not any thing finished , had to fix add float ,Controls box all wrong , and wire to tanks, timer not right , Pump was leaking air,never inspected is $500 fine each time install or new person must have year contract . had all fixed and had Manufacturer go though all system and must have Operator and check Monday though Friday . next Monday manufacturer was going to verify that is now in complacence paid 200.00 first when fixed pump. Fined all problems paid for that trip. all other on last day AUSTIN County Environment Office . call whistle blower told have had environmental Office in Austin County. Had 4 years ago on officer pull gun and Hand cuff is a felony , can not have gun anywhere near Operator and is a felony it have gun pulled or wear TCEQ and EPA unless police are called do to brake in are and this is a Felony outside . after that had called Whistle blower before had three Cops each had 38 and re loader in little room was on top of me . Followed me to District attorney call TCEQ have had 32 case toward FTCOG and most are for Austin County . They want me to go to Justice of the Peace had letter Judges Judge am filing on two court that are braking laws every day. Years ago had called ICE because crack was being sold where all could see in front off two blocks and would not do anything . Filled compliant for ICE fired Police Chef and Mayor had to quit are where going to prison and tore down apartment right next to sonic . The District attorney refused to sign FTCOG had 24 plates next to 20 places affidavit was filed District Attorney and Police had to sign both had call from Federal Judge told them that this not a my paper is Federal Judge and told him that is commitment a Federal JUDE and he was going to start in March to file Federal arrest and tried this is like Russia. no other place all over Houston, over Operator for 13 years and this has all laws and have to read them, this is against Federal laws and need it will not read or talk act like god and still have no laws that where Laws starting in 2000 and Ic3 two years no District attorney do the same even in Houston had no reading laws up date and almost put on in prison told me and I told judge please do not put in jail pleace ask him to learn all new laws."

  • never saw to make right, I am terminally ill. person that pulled gun on me have no right only Operator can decide with 13 years Operator Ground Water, Wastewater operator for 15 years ,OSSA went to second test first release MP0000666 and have work on larger Auto two Ford , Dodge ,Car Wash have take my works 13 years no problems, Ford has 10 year report , the lady stated was best keep in all information every sine took 1 hour , she said that was the best keep in order. Never have had any thing wrong and was ask to take over because was not in compliance and Laws. for 13 years have never had any problems. Have been ask for three years to go to work with all Training. because of records. This laws no fear and no guns except if operator calls police . Frist time pull a gun on me for reporting a really bad and EPA never made to enforce has still is not fix and pipes in road are crush water from miles of framing to over a foot , by law has to be fix as per Houston told to fix all pipe have to be cap off , not open pipes has took 1 foot or more since reported no one did anything that Austin Water and wastewater should have been done 4 years latter is nothing done . Report to FTCOG and they have filled braking Federal laws including gun in many case, Federal laws state no person can have or pull gun on operator because is in laws that only case is if Operator calls law information of braking laws of EPA and TCEQ can call and ask to come look at brake in are only time . Can ask police to drive by plants if think water has been infected with crime and racing on road. NO FEAR laws state that any person that threaten Operator can be put in prison for 10 years and fined up to $100.000.00 per gun injected and if law enforcement Police, judge, people commit twice braking laws must report to Federal Laws enforce by EPA can hand over to FTCOG and they fill file on laws as per Federals. Any person that cause being pull gun are walk behind after filled No fear or Wasilla blower is a Federal a fence and most report before have contact if you think that to harm or threaten Operator is a felony a fence and all people that conspired to brake federal laws
