  • We sold a Polar Express Train Set to Mrs. Kieffer on 3/8/10, she paid on 3/11/10 we shipped and the item arrived on 3/15/10. On 12/27/10 Mrs. Kieffer called our office. We explained that she bought the item over 9 months ago and there was not much we could do for her. As with most online and brick & mortar stores, we have return policies that are boldly posted in all of our ebay auctions. Mrs. Kieffer should have inspected the toy when it was received. We would had no problem working with her to replace or refund the train set. Mrs. Keiffer was nasty and abusive on the telephone. She must understand that she wants to return an item that she purchased 9 months ago. Our return policy is 7 days - we would have bent the rules for a month or two..but 9 months??? Anyone reading this is welcome to check our ebay feedback, it speaks for itself. Auction it NJ
