"On aug. 26th I gave ATX auto credit, 7100 Burnet Rd in austin, texas 500 dollars for a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu Gold in color, with the expections of another 500 dollars on the 2nd of sept. Me and my partner (wife) signed a contract for the car. I had it insured and we drove it off the lot. Next day 27th of of aug. car ran hot all fluid boiled out of engine.He told us to call him if that happen and he would tow it back to shop which we did, it wws late in the day so they were closed and car wsa towed on monday the 29th. I called them on tuesday the 30th of aug. car could be picked up that afternoon, which we did. Dove the car AC stoped, Power window in back on driver side would not work. Starter started to drag hot hand would move closer and closer to red the longer you drove it. so we decided not to buy the car and not give him another 500 dollars. took the car back to him on the 2nd of sept. and asked for our money back and he said no, when we drove the car off the lot that was it, also he said that he would put report me to the credit people as a repo. on my credit record. He said he would fix problems we tried that and other problems arised. All I want is my 500dollars back and for him to say that it was a repo. is completely false. ATX car credit ph. 512 458 1316.
