Claimant says:
"This attorney was motivated purely by money, and not by representing me or my interests. He failed to prepare and submit information to the court, changed his billing system to every 2 weeks causing an extreme financial burden on me, violated my rights as a client , as he NEVER returned my calls, and after receiving almost eight thousand dollars from me, never informed me that my case was concluded. He has also refused to provide me with the detailed billing statements , as well as a payment history, that I have been requesting for weeks now. I am in a worse position now than I was before hiring him. His office personnel, specifically his receptionist, is rude and is only concerned with money also. She had "threatened" my attorney would not appear in court with me unless she was paid another couple of thousand of dollars, (although he had just been paid a couple of thousand of dollars). She also refuses to take messages or allow client to speak with attorney unless invoices are paid. Phone calls are never returned and fees and charges are extremely exaggerated and inflated. I had discussed several issues with this attorney before retaining his services and he did not do what he said he would do, leaving me vulnerable to legal repercussions."
