"I purchased a ATM trailer May20, 2015 from a Dan Digman with Conveyance Management, LLc. Mr. Digman requested that I deposit money into his account with Wells Fargo Bank which I did and have copy of wire transfer. He has never delivered trailer and keeps saying that he can not refund my $11,500.00 for various reasons. After 8 months of trying to work with Mr. Digman I sought legal help from Alan Myers attorney in Midland - suit was filed and I did get a judgement against Conveyance Management and Mr. Digman - however this does help me get my money back unless he tries to sell his company. I would appreciate any help or advice."

  • This refund check was cashed by the claimant in December at Wells Fargo Bank. The check has the claimant's signature and driver license number. I would not have access to the driver license number. I am done with dealing with this matter. Refund has been made in full. I will not be blackmailed by this website owner. Should there be further action it needs to be in court.

  • I have not received check form Conveyance Management!!!! I would like to see copy of fictitious check and the alleged signature on the back. Dan Digman is still doing his song and dance. Produce the check!!!!!
