Claimant says:
"I have bought 3 phone cards to top off my minutes. All 3 cards ended up in cash on my phone instead of minutes. I called the company to see why this was happening, they said because they have to be the ones to put the minutes on the phone. No where in the paper work does it say this. It very clearly states "buy virgin mobil top up cards and follow the directions!
I asked him what was to happen to my money that was in cash on the phone, was I out that cash now? He said I should have called them to begin with. He then said he would take $5.00 a month from that money and add 250 minutes to my account! I already get 250 free minutes. And that is not what I paid for!! I would like my money returned to me then they can have their phone back."
