Claimant says:
"On May 2011 I had my driveway blacktopped. After a big rain the entire driveway ws nothing but puddles. I contacted the company and we went back and forth all summer to get the problem resolved. In Oct 2011 they came out to do a temporary patch. Said they would be back in the spring to fix problem. In March 2012 they came out and said as soon as it got warm enough they would put down another coat of asphalt on the entire driveway. I called June 8th and 11th and have not gotten a return call. I am getting the same run around as I got last year."
