Claimant says:
"We bought a set of mattresses for $3300 and protector cover on Nov 6th, when we opened at home the protector package right on top of our new mattress, i stretched it to reach its corner when we noticed the cover was infested of NASTY/STINKY MOLD ALL OVER every inch of it. we called the company, the saleman adviced us to return the cover to exchange it for another one!!! After nobody called us back for days, we found out that ART VAN owns this company, we contact the regional manager and his assistance. His assistance was very rude to us, she sound like we were unconvinious to her, she tried to give us the grate deals, "two pillows for FREE," We have not see any official results from ART VAN's investigation of the Mold, they called us over the phone to tell us that the mold was normal and it was a type of common mold. We want to see the results, we want to see the paper work from the laboratory, We want to read the official report from the license inspector of Mold. My HOUSE has been expose to some type of made in China product with mold, I inhelated, my sleep apnea machine was on the same room of the mattress, but yes ART VAN will fix this problem by offering to us TWO FREE PILLOWS, if this mold is bad somebody could develop some type of Lung Cancer. The colors of the MOLD on the cove are black, brown, green."

  • The person who wrote that can't even spell correctly.... Most likely a dubious and incorrect claim. I can't trust review's where the complaint is clearly by a moron.
