Claimant says:
"I purchased a BPAP machine necessary for sleep disorder from this company. Replacement supplies are needed twice/yr. I have ordered these supplies for the past 6-8 weeks. I was told by them after placing order they had not received "prescription" from Dr. Dr.]s office say they had faxed order on my request. I asked Apria to contact Dr.'s office, was assured they would. I was told I would receive these last Monday. Not delivered,NO COMMUNICATION,NOTHING AGAIN. I have gone six weeks without device necessary for good health.
This is a government subsidized company wherein there is a "no big deal" atmosphere, that is not conscientious in providing health care needs."
