Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased an I Phone6 from Best Buy. It locked me out a couple of days later. I did not remember my Apple ID so I went to the Apple Store to have them unlock it. I was told that I needed to work directly with Apple to have it unlocked so as not to lose all my information. I called Apple the next day. I was working with one of their representatives to get on with me but she was unable to connect with me. While checking it was discovered that my phone id was registered to someone in China. I was asked where it was purchased and told to send a copy of my receipt, which was done. I was supposed to receive a call back from Apple the next day but did not. The next day I was once again able to get back on the phone but everything was wiped out. I lost all my info. When I spoke to William Bailey (877 416 4271) he referred me to Timothy Nicely who referred me to Ceasar Diaz, who referred me to Robin Watts 877 388-0879 ext 48076 and last I spoke to Natalie. I lost all of my personal and private info. I was offered something from the accessory store. It was mentioned by all of the above that apple has a great backup accessory. How ironic! What is left to back up? I was told that I could not get anything from the Exempt Store (IPhone is an item in the Exempt Store). Everything was lost. What price is on that? I am now looking for compensation for all that I will never get back again."

  • I am looking for a Cash settlement to compensate for all of my lost memories and information. $200,000.00 for all of my lost information and memories does not even cover all that was lost because of Apples negligence but lets start there. The callous treatment and supposition that Apple took and is sill taking is reprehensible.

  • The callous way that I have been treated is reprehensible. Would anyone of you think that it is okay to simply wipe out someones life? You took away everything in my phone ,offered no apology that makes sense and just went on with business at usual. I was trying to be the bigger person by not even asking for money but after being told that I would have to accept something from your NON EXEMPT store, which is very interesting since my iPhone is an EXEMPT item, I feel that I asking for monetary compensation in the amount of $200.000.00 is very reasonable considering that fact that I cannot get back valuable information and or memories.

  • I am asking for a Settlement of 250,000.00 dollars. My Original amount of 7.99 was an error. I did not realize that 7.99 was the cost of mailing.

  • My original request was for $200.00, My new request is for $250.00 Plus $7.99 which was the cost of mailing. I did not realize that it appeared that I was asking to have the cost of mailing paid by Apple.

  • Let me clarify. I am asking for $250.000.00 plus the $7.99 mailing fee that I was charged. Once again my life was wiped out on my iPhone. Apple is responsible and refuses to accept their negligence

Message from Claimant: This is clearly an undeniable error on the part of Apple. It is shameful that A Company that is held in such High Esteem by the World would be so callous with someones life!
