"I had a new roof and siding and others things done with this company which was done very poorly i never had any leaks before the work was done, but having them now which the contractor had been here trying to repair it a few times and can't fix, its leaking and the siding has fallen off again on one side of the house. I had called the phone # list on my contract which is 1-800-606-7750 always get an recording, which i left about 10 messages no one gots back with me. I finally call back Daniel Adams who did the horrible work and got an phone# to his boss name David Roy who i called and all i got from the call was some bull about me talking bad about Daniel. Daniel told some lies about me being rude to him and other things which has nothing to do with the bad work that was done. David Roy wants Daniel to do the work back on the house again which he clearly doesn't know what he's doing, and is being forced back on me again. I have in my phone an video of the work Daniel had done to my ceiling and each time it rained in my house, after the work was supposed to be fixed. Daniel has no experience in this type of work which he admitted, the work he does is sloppy, faulty, and unsafe hazards in my home with children around he's dangerous. The call ended with David Roy I feel was meaningless nothing was accomplished or settled I'm reaching out for help here there are so many issues I'm having with this company which i haven't listed please reach out to me thanks."

  • America’s Construction Experts independent representative Daniel Adams came to agreement with Theresa Conway for an insurance repair of new siding, roof, storm doors, gutters, and downspouts on April 4, 2012.

    America’s Construction Experts hired Mountain Construction to perform the repairs as specified on insurance claim. The work completed passed both the roofing and siding inspections.

    Theresa Conway contacted Daniel Adams about a leak during a heavy and windy rainstorm. Daniel visited the property and watered entered the home. After careful inspection it was found that a small hole was cause of leak on second level. This had nothing to do with work performed previously satisfying insurance claim repair. Daniel out of pocket did and paid for all the repairs free of charge. It may or may not have been caused by poor workmanship. It was one of those things where it only leaked during very hard rain and with the wind blowing the rain a certain direction. This was in late fall of 2012.

    America’s Construction Experts received three phone calls from Theresa Conway on our general office line in November 2013 through first part of January 2014 regarding missing siding, another leak. We contacted Daniel Adams each time about the calls. America’s Construction Experts did not know there were communication issues between independent contractor Daniel Adams and Theresa Conway.

    Approximately three weeks ago Theresa Conway contacted David Roy directly. On March 28, 2014 America’s Construction Experts received a complaint online from PeopleClaim.com from Theresa Conway expressing poor craftsmanship and a wide variety of other issues.

    On April 11, 2014 David Roy from America’s Construction Experts traveled to meet Daniel Adams and Theresa Conway to diagnose leak issue and facilitate repair.

    America’s Construction Experts came to the conclusion this was not a craftsmanship issue. When applying new siding that passed permit process we found another hole behind the siding. The picture is attached to complaint. This hole was approximately the size of a baseball. The hole could have been caused by a multitude of different reasons. Daniel Adams fixed the hole by applying fascia metal to cover up the hole. Also attached is the piece of siding that fell off and reapplied.

    This was not a case of poor craftsmanship that led to a continuous leak. This was a leak in the right conditions of heavy rains and the rain blowing a certain direction. Daniel Adams did his best to diagnose and repair first time. It is difficult to diagnose an issue when it only happened once and months after installation. The second leak, a year later, happened after the snow melted off the roof and found its way in to the hole, which was diagnosed on April 11, 2014 after we took the siding off the upper portion of the house and found another hole the size of a baseball.

    We will never leave a client. 90% of our business is word-of-mouth. This was a difficult situation with a non-constant leak that could have been handled differently by all parties involved.

  • David Roy finally made it out to may house April 8th 2014 he attached the fallen siding back to the house,, and he tore off some of the shingles and did some type of patch work and took an picture of what he claims he fixed and posted it as resolved in his comments. I call David Roy back in June 2014 got his voice mail left an message letting know the roof is still leaking and was coming down pretty bad and to call me. I didn't hear from him I called again 3 days later and got his vm again I asked if he would please call me the roof is leaking bad and spreading now to another area. rain leaking from the top door frame and ceiling David still didn't call. I even told him i was going to report him back to People claim. I called David again August 5th got his voice mail again and I left an message for him to call me the bathroom is leaking now water is poring from my light fixture in the bathroom the bathroom ceiling, hallway ceiling and back bedroom is leaking now. There is mold forming now on the sheet rock on the ceiling that was just replaced last year by Daniel Adams I have 3 small grand children 1-4 years old that lives here and i'm very concern about ours health now that mold is forming. I have pictures that I have taken each time it rains. I am so out raged now that the problem has come to this. I want to take this to court America's Construction experts LLC needs to be sued over this and soon, the issue is out of hand and now an health issue here are photos of the door frame leaking and pics just two days ago Friday October 10th rained here bad now look at the bathroom ceiling it bubbled with water pockets i put a hole in it to release the water and the last photo is mold on the ceiling that was supposed to have been fixed by Daniel Adams last year.
