Claimant says:
"On 01/24/2012 I paid Car Mart a fee to prepare my 2011 taxes. They failed to inform me that the person in front of me was not the person doing my taxes, instead it was a company in another state. During the process they failed to include my S.S. disability payments which in turn has caused me to now owe the I.R.S. $602. I paid good money for a service that was not rendered. I feel at least I should have a refund of ALL money paid for said service. Out of the past 10 years of paying for tax service this is the only time I have had ANY problems!!!!!!!! While talking to the office manger and General manger he admitted they failed to send ALL documents to tax master however would not resolve their problem ."
