Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"No Sharon, (shame on you) - there was more than one person in the room when that comment was made about you. So, thank you for insinuating that I am lying to you, because I AM NOT. As a matter of fact, I remember coming home that night and looking up the definition of ruthless (having an idea that it wasn't something good).

First of all, I am not running away. If you had been reading the emails that I sent to you, then you would know exactly where I stand and how I suggested to rectify this issue; BUT, as you said "...you expect me to read all of your emails..." or you would "skim" over them (doing exactly what you chastised me for), so YOUR BAD Sharon. This is nothing new. I have been using (and paying back / paying off) the company credit card since January 19, 2016. Frankly my dear, this would not even be an issue had I been compensated fairly and appropriately for the tremendous amount of time, research and development, administrative work, your personal errands and chores, HOURS upon HOURS on the phone with Social Security, insurance companies, claims adjusters... etc.etc.etc. (btw I have an envelope full of unpaid petty cash receipts in the amount of $180.00 not to mention that I'm still paying on the telephone agreement that I had to install in order to speak with you from Israel - 3:00 AM my time for you to get a song off your computer) that I have submitted on multiple occasions only to be ignored yet again.

I left your apartment a few times in tears from the way you spoke to me, and I have had enough! Yes, you're right, it is about me - and I'm not going to allow anyone to falsify my intentions - NOT EVEN YOU. I'M SO VERY ANNOYED at you. I posted photos of my trip to
Florida (on my Facebook page) that you liked and commented on. You said "...remember this time when you get mad at me because I helped you with this trip." Well Sharon, SHAME ON YOU!!!

You fired me, then expected me to be on the ops call, the day after a minor surgery, while I was in pain from head to toe. Unbelievable. However, what I did do was reach out and return my emails in a professional manner in order for YOU and AC to move forward seamlessly\ drama free.

In closing, all of this "minutiae" breaks my heart. I do love you Sharon very much, but working for you is beyond CHALLENGING to say the least. The "do as I say, not as I do" mentality that you exhibit is well, NERVE WRACKING, FRUSTRATING, HYPOCRITICAL and RUDE.
The constant negotiating/renegotiating of my pay from the empty phrase "sweat equity" (don't promise what you can't deliver), sound familiar? Then the audacity to slash my income by nearly 40% while you are running out the door for three weeks in Paris with your endless bombardment of emails and Skype messages, that I did read, not "skim" btw. Giving me a pay raise, then slashing my pay within a month is shady/shameless to say the least while at the same time you quadrupled my work load, patted me on the back for a job well done. Mixed messages/confused to say the least."
