Claimant says:
"Purchased tires from the American Tire depot in Hesperia, CA went on a trip starting on the 8/21/2016 got as far as Burlington, Co when I had a blow out called AAA and they sent a repair person to take care of the tire. Come to find out that the American Tire Depot put 3 ply tires on my F350 Dually truck. This is a one ton truck which calls for 10 ply tires as a minimum. Proceeded down the road and went about 86 miles decided to fill up and check the other tire and found a bobble ,4 inches in diameter on the passenger side tire. I call AAA for a tow and they took me to a Ford Dealer, in Salina Ks. The dealer on 8/25/2016 checked all the tires and found that the spare tire which was put on by the BF Goodrich dealer in Barstow CA was 10 ply tire. All the other tires were 3 ply. I had the dealer correct the tires and put on the right tires for that weight truck, 10 ply. I also had the replace the rime that was damaged due to the blow out. the cost for the tires and rim cost me 2000.00."
