Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have ordered a book weeks ago and have still not recieved the book. They sent the wrong book to my house and i emailed, and called then asking them to send me the correct copy. They still have yet to do so. I have been waiting patiently. I need this book as soon as possible because i am a graduate student, and i need my book for college."
