Claimant says:
"All Size Fencing LLC agrees, as it is written in the agreement to erect fence complete, furinishing all labor and materials as per contract.  All property line stakes and grade stakes to be established by the purchaser.  Fence is to follow ground line unless otherwise provided for in the contract.  None of these thing were done.  Some of my fence is high and some is low. The fence is not a even straight line.  The fence do not follow the ground line, which makes it possible for my small dogs to go under.  The front present fence was to be repair and the side fence is what was to be installed.  The front existing fence was not repaired I have to lift up on the driveway gate to close it and wrap a chain around it to lock it.  The company also stated that they will be back, if not this year, (2016), but by spring, (2017), to install concrete on the side of the driveway along the fence line.  I have call All size Fencing, LLC from spring, 2017 till winter 2017. The company state to me that if I am not satisfied with the work that I will be refund 100%.  Well that sounds good.  Enclosed is a copy of the contrast."
