Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On the first days of august 2013 we inquiry Alamo to respond on an unauthorized withdrawal made on my account for the amount $264.56. ALAMO identified this claim as follow "Mesa,Maria Ref# 130807-001009".

They replied stating that my concern was important to them and this was their answer " We did an investigation regarding your rental and, our records show that the rental location charged an additional fee for a lost key. The location was unable to find the key to the rental car that was returned " In consequence we answer back to them stating the following " I feel your answer defies common sense. Normally any driver is asked to return their keys upon dropping off the rental. That's a must. I have no idea where the key was taking after the fact. So, I do insist you guys to return the money charged. I'm a frequent Alamo user and I certainly don't want to go through all this hurdles for this small amount, however, I would definitely do it. There's no space in my mind to think that I took that car keys with me. I believe you want to get out of this easily, accusing me of something that you would have to prove first "

A few day later they came with this answer " I am in no way accusing you. It is very standard that if a customer’s drops off the vehicle the car is then not touched until the car is being sent to the car wash, Upon getting in the vehicle to go to the car wash, The person who got into the vehicle was unable to move the car. We do have cameras on the premise which reflect this, and I have escalated your concern. We cannot charge the keys of a vehicle without just cause"

These nonsense conversations have been going on back and forth until now, while i am only asking them to show me the proofs that they have justifiable cause beyond their accusing statements, which by the way, these accusations were accompanied with their verdict, sentencing me with their right to withdraw money from my account without my consent."
