Claimant says:
"I called Air Care to clean my house vents.
The technician Mr. Grady Stewart said that he had to fog the vents to removed bacteria from it. It was going to cost me an extra $325 and I agreed to do it.

The next day my A/C stopped working. I called an A/C Company that came in and found out someone had loosened the nut bolt holding the blades to the fan and I am 100% sure that Mr. Grady Stewart did it because no one else touched the AC unit. I ended up paying $225. What a shame!"
