Claimant says:
"I was inquiring of their services to assist me in my sallie mae school loan. They assured me that they had programs to help with reducing my heavy payments on my school loan. They were unable to help me so they assured me that I would be reimbursed my funds.
I Have not been reimbursed my money. I spoke with them concerning my student loan and they were reviewing my situation. After reviewing my loan with Sallie Mae they could only save me 25.00 a month to move my student loan to them. They started taking money from my bank account for 3 months and assured me that if they were unable to save me a significant amount of money that they would reimburse me my funds after 60 days. I signed the cancellation agreement on April 9th and it is now September 7th and I have repeatedly called them to ask where the reimbursement of my funds of 299.00 is and they tell me its in the accounting office and I should be getting it back. No one calls me back and I still have not received my money back. I want my money reimbursed to me. I'm due this money."
