Claimant says:
"As an working individual I feel that professionalism is very important but not in this case. Affordable Auto Sales of Dover,Pa showed that professionalism is lacking in their business. There was no common ground and lack of consumer service. The individual that was temporarily in charge of the financial while the other employee was out on vacation was very rude and angry. He hung up the phone on me while I was trying to get him to understand that there may have been some kind of communication misunderstanding. He didn't want to admit that he was wrong and felt as though I was trying to get over on him. This was my first time communicating with this individual."

  • 06-20-2011 — On 6/15/11 I call the company so the money can be withdrawn out of my account but only for the amount of $ 264.00 for car note. On 6/16/11 I spoke with this individual and ask him to withdraw the money that was due on that Monday because the other person was out the day before. On 6/19/11 there was no money in my account because he overcharge me, which was $528 he has taken out of my account. Unfortunately I was out on vacation at this time and was stuck with two kids and no money.
