Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"About the last week of June 2014, my internet explorer kept on crashing, I contacted Advanced Tech Support I had a brief conversation about my problem w/my laptop. The first tech that i communicated with we agreed to let him take over the laptop after an hour plus the problem was still there. The second tech after over an hour said the problem was fixed; now I am being introduced to some more security software for protection. Now it’s late at night in reply I wanted to make sure the first part is working. After 5-10 minutes my laptop crashed. Now I am working with either the 3rd or fourth tech who was introduced as a Senior Tech this was a lady that i felt pretty good about the problem being fixed, now we are in the next morning after she said the problem was fixed i powered it up logged on to the internet explorer it came up so i thought the problem was fixed. The young lady tried to sell me the same software I wanted to wait to make sure that it was fixed, so i went to bed, the next day at 5:00 am i powered it up, my laptop my internet explorer crashed. It’s still like that as of today 07-03-2014 i called ADVANCED the following day. #1 I want them to put the security software back on my laptop that you were trying to sell. #2- I want a refund since the problem was never fixed. #3- I lost a lot of hours. Waiting for this problem to be taken care of, please advise.
