Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Unethical Business practices & does not pay bills. We provided telephone answering services for Advanced Healthcare Vocational. They owe us $3,314.40. The owner, Nicole Johnson repeatedly told us that the check had been mailed & even gave us check numbers and amounts the checks were for. She repeatedly told us "lies" in an attempt to get us to continue providing services without paying. We finally shut her services off. She has ignored our attempts to negotiate a payment plan or settlement."

  • As i agree with your stated agreement of you saying what is she doing to the people that are paying for her services..!? We ARE BEING RIPPED OFF!!! I am one of the people she took money from for a class and shebdid not refund me i payed here cash and she writes me a bad check. i noticed the date of which this claim was filed on the 5th of November. in which the class that i was signes up for was set for November 19 2012. It never happened Mrs. johnson continued to make up lies and only communicated through text. I took out alot of time to go to nap for this class 4 weeks and plus al the hassle ive been through with this matter. its sad that all this happened right before the holidays i sacrifisedalot of my time and money for this its been a hassle but i will not stop until this is resolved.

  • It seems the respondent has already answered this claim offering a payment plan of some form. Looking at the situation, that is something I would have suggested as well. For example, if this case was taken to court, the court would mostly likely order some form of monthly or weekly amount as a payment plan, rather than order the lump sum to be paid immediately, unless the party represented that a large sum could be made as a down payment towards the debt. Here, a good faith down payment to show a commitment towards repaying the debt or settling the debt would be a good start.
