"My car has been in this shop since the middle of march and I paid him 3,559.00 up front and my car is not fixed yet every week Harold Walker tells me next week, Its like he's holding my car hostage . because he has already spent the money I gave him what can I do to get my car fixed or my money back so I can take it some place else to be fixed? it's May now and no car to drive even though I still have to make payments on it . 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Can somebody HELP me please?"

Message from Claimant: I really think that Harold show return 500.00 of my money for all the stress and inconvenience he has caused me from spending the money I gave him to fix my car on something else instead of parts , and have me to wait almost 3 months and counting to get my car fixed and returned to me which has not happened yet as of 5/23/2014 and his communication with me is horrible he don't call me to let me know what's the progress on the repairs of the car .
