Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This landlord referred undeservedly an undue rent to a collection agency that posted to my credit report without first verifying as requested by law and thereafter refused to remove the wrongful posting for me and not for my co-lessee which is a white individual. When I even decide to pay the amount claim and carry on with my life, they are not available to collect and I have to come all the way from CHicago to New Orleans to resolve the matter. Upset, upon starting a discovery on defendant, I pretty easily realize that many people are saying the same story about them. They cannot have it both ways."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.
