"MR. GUY METTLE A HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTOR DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB THAT HE WAS PAID AND CONTRACTED TO DO. THERE ARE SEVERAL INDENTATIONS IN THE DRIVEWAY THAT HE ACKNOWLEDGED NEEDED TO BE REDONE AS WELL AS TO REMOVE BOARDS AROUND CEMENT FOUNDATION. I PAID FOR A GATE ALONG WITH TWO POSTS ($838.00) THAT MR. METTLE'S HAS NOT DELIVERED. IN ADDITION, HE PROMISED TO SPRAY A CONCRETE SEALANT ON THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
TO DATE THESE SERVICES HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED AND CALLS TO INQUIRE ABOUT FINISHING THE JOB HAVE GONE STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL.
THE LAST TIME MR. METTLE'S WAS AT MY HOUSE WAS ON JUNE 21, 2013."

  • At this time Guy Mettle is not a licensed contractor. He completed an estimate, which I approved for landscaping pavers around my house. His estimate included $3400 for materials and $877 for labor. I gave him and he cashed the check immediately for $3400.00. I have made numerous phone call attempts all have gone unanswered and were never returned. In addition, he was also contracted to install kitchen flooring and was paid $300 by which he also took the money and never performed the task. It is my recommendation that NO ONE have any business arrangements with him.
